The McKinley Groupannounced that it has been awarded a Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business (HCaTS SB) contract. HCaTS SB is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract vehicle formed through a partnership between the General Services Administration (GSA) and The Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Under this contract vehicle, McKinley looks forward to providing federal agencies with a reliable way to obtain best value solutions for their human capital and training service requirements within all three Key Service Areas (KSAs):

• Customized Training and Development Services;
• Customized Human Capital Strategy Services; and
• Customized Organizational Performance Improvement.
